Hunan Tianhuan Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in July 1999. It is one of the first member units of the China Property Management Association, the president unit of the Changsha Property Management Association, the vice chairman unit of the Hunan Real Estate Industry, an honest and trustworthy enterprise in Hunan's real estate industry, an advanced collective in creating credit units in Hunan, and an excellent property management enterprise in the province. It is a professional independent legal entity mainly engaged in real estate property management, with national first-class qualification for urban real estate property management, and currently has more than 1,000 employees.
In recent years, the company has successively taken over projects such as the Hunan Provincial People's Government, the Second Institute of the CPC Hunan Provincial Government Organs, Jiufeng Community, Baisha Garden, Baisha Century Jiayuan, Jinghua Meidi, Shuiyin Shancheng, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Jinyu·Nanwaitan, Longwan International, Jiasheng Heyuan, Changsha Beiya Middle School, Tiancheng Rongyuan, Jiulong Lingshihui, Century Shanshui, Qingyuan Subdistrict Office, Ruidu Haoting, Central Yipin, Lijing·Junlin Tianxia, Kela Meili Shanzhuang, Taiyu Yunkai Yipin, Hunan Food and Drug Vocational College, etc. The property area under management has reached nearly 8 million square meters.
