Changsha Huaxing Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. Its predecessor was the Construction Supervision Station (established in 1990) of Changsha Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (after 2000, along with the restructuring of national scientific research institutes, it entered China National Chemical Corporation). It is one of the earliest batch of state-owned Grade A supervision enterprises approved by the Ministry of Construction. It has successively been awarded the title of "Advanced Unit" by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Ministry of Construction, the Supervision Association, and Hunan Province, and has been rated as a AAA-level honest supervision enterprise by the Hunan Province Supervision Association.
