Jiangren Group Introduction
The Group originated in 1983, with its predecessor being the Design Institute of China Real Estate Development Group Zhengzhou Company. In 2001 and 2005, according to the relevant policies of the State Council, "Zhongfang Zhengzhou Design Institute" was successively transformed into a joint-stock cooperative enterprise and a limited liability company, renamed "Henan Jiangren International Architecture Planning and Design Consulting Co., Ltd.". In 2009, the company was officially renamed "Jiangren Planning Architecture Design Co., Ltd.", and its headquarters moved from Zhengzhou to Shanghai.

After more than thirty years of development, "Jiangren Design" has gradually grown into an international group company with 5 major business segments and more than ten domestic and overseas branches. The Group includes: the group headquarters established in Beijing - Jiangren Shilian Engineering Design (Beijing) Group Co., Ltd.; the group design headquarters established in Shanghai - Jiangren Planning Architecture Design Co., Ltd., which has branches in several major cities in China; Jiangren Industrial Development Co., Ltd., also established in Shanghai, which holds and manages a municipal design subsidiary; and the group's overseas headquarters located in Vancouver, Canada - GUD Holdings (Canada) Co., Ltd., which owns three design companies in Vancouver (Canada), Yangon (Myanmar), and the Shanghai Free Trade Zone (China).

Jiangren International Design Group currently holds both the "Class A Qualification for Urban and Rural Planning", "Class A Qualification for Construction Industry (Construction Engineering)", "Class A Qualification for Landscape Greening Design", "Class B Qualification for Land Planning", "Comprehensive Class B Qualification for Municipal Industry Design", "Specialized Class B Qualification for Highway Industry (Highway)", issued by the Chinese government, and the "Architecture Design License" and "Construction Management Certification" granted by the Canadian government. The group's internal quality management system has passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification. For many consecutive years, Jiangren Planning Architecture Design Co., Ltd. has been rated as a trustworthy unit by Shanghai Municipality and has been recognized as a "Science and Technology Little Giant" enterprise by Yangpu District, Shanghai.
