Jiangxi Tianzhou Communication Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 in Nanchang, Jiangxi, and in 2017 established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Tianzhou Technology Co., Ltd., forming a strategic layout with two centers in the north and south and business coverage across the country. With the mission of "digitally empowering law enforcement and case handling," Tianzhou provides comprehensive digital upgrading services for digital procuratorial work, digital public security, and digital government affairs. Tianzhou currently has dozens of independently developed products covering Digital Twin, VR virtual reality, BigData, AI artificial intelligence, IOT Internet of Things, cloud computing and other technologies, serving 1,500 public security, procuratorial, court, judicial and administrative law enforcement units nationwide.
Supported by the Business Application Center and the Capability R&D Center, Tianzhou has built a complete product research and development system. The Business Application Center is responsible for the implementation design of independent products, and the Capability R&D Center is responsible for research on core technologies such as Digital Twin.
The Business Application Center takes the dual-driven product development mainline of "digital venues" and "mobile case handling." In terms of "digital venues," relying on Digital Twin technology, IOT technology accumulation, and years of experience in integrated digital venue construction, it has established dozens of benchmark cases nationwide in digital venue application fields such as procuratorial case handling areas, 12309 procuratorial service halls, law enforcement and case handling management centers, public hearing rooms, plea leniency opinion hearing rooms, and rapid inspection laboratories, becoming a leading national supplier of integrated digital venue solutions. In terms of mobile case handling, with keen market insight and product innovation capabilities, Tianzhou took the lead in the industry in launching multiple intelligent case handling equipment represented by "portable opinion hearing all-in-one machines," "smart public prosecution assistants," "public interest cube," and "APP evidence collection cube," maintaining the market share* for many consecutive years. At the same time, with information-based product research and development capabilities, it has also launched mobile software products with industry influence, including the "non-custodial digital supervision platform," "Procuratorial Imprint," "Compass Juvenile Procuratorial Cloud Platform," and "Smart Fishery Law Enforcement Platform." Among them, "Procuratorial Imprint" has for three consecutive years provided technical support to the * Supreme People's Procuratorate in serving National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference representatives nationwide.
The Capability R&D Center serves as Tianzhou's core technology research institution. Focusing on VR virtual reality technology and Digital Twin technology, supplemented by IOT Internet of Things technology and BIGDATA technology, it has always occupied the forefront of industry technology. It innovatively integrated VR technology into digital venues and launched a cloud-based VR exhibition hall covering more than a dozen business scenarios such as "procuratorial case handling work areas" and "12309 physical halls." Using Digital Twin technology, it helped the Yingtan City People's Procuratorate build Jiangxi Province's * digital twin concept case handling venue, perfectly presenting 3D map trajectory positioning of personnel within the digital venue. This application achievement made a stunning appearance at the 2022 World VR Industry Conference and was reported by official media such as Jiangxi Television. Using light-sensing array detection technology, combined with deep learning and AI algorithm capabilities, it launched in the industry an AI intelligent detection and recording system covering all vehicle models and all light types for improper use of high beams. At the same time, using "IOT Internet of Things middle platform" capabilities, it successfully launched the procuratorial case handling Internet of Things middle platform system, realizing data interconnection of nearly one hundred mainstream hardware devices in the industry and becoming the * enterprise in the industry to achieve data docking with mainstream hardware manufacturers. Meanwhile, in the field of BIGDATA technology research, it has achieved processing of billion-level data and can support simultaneous online use by thousands of customers' products nationwide.
As a * "high-tech enterprise" and "dual-software enterprise," Tianzhou has passed ISO9001 quality system certification and possesses multiple qualifications including classified information system integration and software development, and ITSS operation and maintenance. The company has multiple invention patents and computer software copyrights.
