Henan Provincial Urban and Rural Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd.

Founded in 1984, Henan Provincial Urban and Rural Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. was restructured from Henan Provincial Urban and Rural Architectural Design Institute. It was registered with the Henan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce in December 2009, holding an independent legal person status. It possesses the national Grade A qualification for architectural engineering design as well as qualifications for planning compilation, municipal engineering, civil air defense engineering, and landscape architecture. It is one of the backbone design units for industrial and civil architecture in Henan Province and is affiliated with the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province. The institute currently has 511 professional and technical personnel and 155 registered personnel, including 35 nationally registered Class 1 architects, 45 registered Class 1 structural engineers, 12 registered public utility and electrical engineers, 15 registered planners, 30 other registered professionals, and 320 personnel with senior or intermediate titles. It is well-equipped with office automation systems and various professional supporting software, and has the experience and capability to undertake large and medium-sized national key projects. Since its establishment, it has undertaken more than 3,000 engineering design, technical consulting, and technical service projects for large and medium-sized projects both within and outside the province. It has also completed a series of influential memorial buildings, which have been well received and recognized by society. In recent years, our institute has won more than 21 provincial (ministerial), municipal (departmental) excellent design awards for engineering design and scientific research achievements.
