Sinopharm Jiangxi Co., Ltd. was established in October 2009. It is a provincial-level pharmaceutical logistics platform established in Jiangxi Province by Sinopharm Holdings Co., Ltd., a core subsidiary of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation. The company's business mainly consists of direct sales to hospitals, pharmaceutical retail, and sales of medical devices and consumables. Leveraging Sinopharm's central state-owned enterprise brand and resource advantages, the company is committed to building a high-end hospital sales and distribution network covering secondary and above hospitals across the province, and has successively established tertiary subsidiaries in cities across the province to deepen network development. Currently, it has six prefecture-level distribution subsidiaries in Xinyu, Ganzhou, Jiujiang, Ji'an, Yichun, and Fuzhou, as well as two subsidiaries for medical devices and medical laboratory testing. It has also successively opened 17 pharmacies across the province, mainly operating DTC pharmaceuticals, including in-hospital and hospital-adjacent pharmacies.
