Hunan Xiangzhu Transportation Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Hunan Xiangzhu Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd., was established in March 2007 with a registered capital of 100.18 million yuan. To adapt to the changing market and the transformation of the company's strategic development direction, it changed to its current name in January 2010. In May 2008, the company obtained the qualifications for professional contracting of communication, monitoring, and tolling integrated system engineering for highway traffic engineering and professional contracting of traffic safety facilities issued by the Ministry of Construction. In February 2010, it obtained the special professional engineering structural reinforcement qualification. In May 2013, it obtained the computer information system integration qualification (Level 3). In 2009, the company established a software and hardware R&D department, specializing in the research and development of software and hardware in highway electromechanical systems. To rapidly enhance the company's technological R&D strength, it recruited a group of core technical and management personnel from domestic highway electromechanical companies with high salaries. The engineering management team currently has 17 registered constructors; the R&D team currently has 23 R&D personnel, including 8 senior engineers, with 87% holding a bachelor's degree or above. Among them, 11 are engaged in hardware R&D and 12 in software R&D, and the company has initially possessed efficient integrated R&D capabilities. At the same time, the company has also cooperated with Changsha University of Science and Technology, Hunan University of Technology, Hunan Vocational College of Transportation, and other institutions, forming a close industry-university-research integrated system. The company owns a 14,000-square-meter factory with property rights, covering an area of 21 mu, for the supporting production of traffic safety facility engineering (main products include signboards, guardrails, posts, bridge formwork and other steel structural components, steel bar connection sleeves, sound barriers, etc.). In line with the shift of the company's development focus from traffic safety engineering to electromechanical engineering, the company is conducting R&D of electromechanical supporting software and hardware products, and has formed a development pattern with the company as the R&D base and the factory conducting large-scale production of electromechanical and traffic safety supporting products. It has gradually formed a strategic development direction with R&D as the core, market as the orientation, engineering as the foundation, focusing on transportation, based in Hunan, and radiating across the country.
