Our company (formerly relocated from the Dongyang Model Factory in Zhejiang Province to Shanghai) was established on November 9, 2001, and is located in Zone 3 of the Volkswagen Industrial Park at Shanghai International Automobile City, covering an area of 21,000 square meters. We are specialized in developing various automotive seat and instrument panel foam molds and various non-standard tooling molds for domestic automotive companies such as SAIC Volkswagen and General Motors, as well as their related component suppliers including Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd. and Yanfeng Johnson Controls Seating Co., Ltd. After more than one year of construction, the company started production on January 1, 2003. Our company currently has 50 employees and possesses advanced CNC processing equipment, planer machines, copy milling machines, universal milling machines, lathes, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines, wire cutting, argon arc welding, and other general-purpose machine tools. We can produce approximately 200 sets of automotive foam molds and various non-standard tooling molds each year.
