Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. was established in 1986, with a registered capital of 9.619 billion yuan, and is registered in Shanghai. It holds full-license business qualifications approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, including securities brokerage, securities underwriting, and sponsorship, and is one of the earliest securities companies established in China.
The company has established over 80 branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, and other cities, with business coverage spanning nearly 30 provinces, municipalities directly under the central government, and autonomous regions across the country. The company controls and manages three subsidiaries: Minsheng Futures Co., Ltd., Minsheng Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Minsheng Securities Investment Co., Ltd.
