With a registered capital of 5 million yuan and more than 150 employees, after nearly 20 years of development, it has grown into a diversified high-tech industrial group integrating location-based vehicle network operation services, auto parts manufacturing, and "Internet+". In 2013, it obtained the qualifications of "double-software enterprise" and "Internet enterprise", and in 2018 it obtained "high-tech enterprise". It now owns core entities such as Chongqing Jinkun Industrial Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yunxiang Industrial Co., Ltd., Chongqing Jinshiyuan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Huayuan Century Technology Co., Ltd.
The company's vehicle networking department provides vehicle monitoring and services for more than 1,000 enterprises in Chongqing, distributed across the main urban area of Chongqing and more than 30 districts and counties. Yunxiang Information has successively developed "Dynamic Data Safety Management System for Commercial Vehicles", "Commercial Vehicle Safety Management System" and "Zhangshangxue Learning System" tailored for transportation authorities, transport enterprises and practitioners in Chongqing, Shandong, Hebei and Shanxi. It has established 12 third-party road transport safety monitoring service centers, with service volume reaching one million person-times, achieving complementary industry supervision and enterprise risk control, forming a closed loop, and has repeatedly won high affirmation and praise from main leaders of transportation departments.
