China Construction Power Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Construction Power") was jointly funded by China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China State Construction"), a Fortune Global 500 company and China's largest housing construction contractor, and its subsidiary China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Construction Second Bureau"), with China Construction Second Bureau as the main entity. It was officially inaugurated on November 29, 2008. The establishment of "China Construction Power" is another strategic move by China State Construction to actively implement its specialization development strategy, vigorously promote industrial structure adjustment and business layout optimization, and accelerate the specialization process of its construction business. The newly established "China Construction Power" will fully integrate the power construction resources of the China State Construction system, give full play to the advantages of China State Construction in capital, talent, and technology, build a new platform for "China State Construction" to enter the high-end power construction market and achieve leapfrog development, and strive to become the core force for China State Construction to capture the domestic high-end power construction market and support overseas general contracting business.
