Guangdong Guanghua Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guanghua Technology or the Company) was founded in 1980 and has a development history of more than 30 years. The Company completed its joint-stock reform in September 2010 and went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in February 2015 (stock code: 002741). It is a "National High-tech Enterprise", "Key High-tech Enterprise of the National Torch Plan", and "National Innovative Enterprise".
Guanghua Technology is located at No. 295 Daxue Road, Shantou, with a planned land area of 135,000 square meters. The current first-phase production capacity is 20,000 tons per year, and after the second phase is completed, the capacity will reach 50,000 tons per year. The Company integrates research and development, production, sales, and services, with products including electronic chemicals, chemical reagents, and other specialized chemicals. It has more than 1,300 product varieties and nearly 2,500 product specifications, making it one of the largest and most diverse enterprises in the domestic industry.
Guanghua Technology cultivates talent through a combination of internal training and external recruitment, forming a technical team composed of intermediate and senior professional technicians. Relying on this team and integrating internal and external resources, the Company established the "Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" and the "Guangdong Chemical Reagent Engineering Technology Research and Development Center". In October 2010, the Company was approved to establish a post-doctoral research workstation. Currently, 178 chemical reagent products have reached the level of the American ACS standard, and 62 chemical reagent products have obtained the "Certificate of Using International Standard Product Mark" issued by the National Standardization Administration Committee.
The Company has passed ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, GMP certification, and some products have passed RoHS certification and REACH registration.
