In January 2010, Xinao Energy Holding Co., Ltd. acquired the former Guangzhou Fudu Pipeline Gas Co., Ltd. and established Guangzhou Xinao Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Xinao"), with a registered capital of 100 million RMB.
Guangzhou Xinao is responsible for the construction, transmission, distribution, and operation of pipeline gas in the Huadu area, as well as gas supply and related technical services for residential, industrial, and commercial users. Meanwhile, leveraging the leading clean energy integrated solutions of Xinao Group, the company provides customers with comprehensive clean energy solutions and services across multiple categories, offering safe, stable, cost-effective, efficient, clean, and intelligent energy systems for urban economic development and residents' lives, leading industrial innovation and contributing to ecological civilization construction.
Guangzhou Xinao has always upheld the corporate mission of "Creating a Modern Energy System and Improving People's Quality of Life," actively responding to customer needs and vigorously promoting the widespread application of multi-category clean energy. To date, it has invested a total of 600 million yuan, developed nearly 266,000 residential users, connected 227,000 households, served over 1,100 industrial and commercial users, and completed the construction of more than 688 kilometers of municipal medium-pressure pipelines, establishing a stable multi-gas-source supply pattern.
Relying on Xinao Group's advanced digital and intelligent technologies, Guangzhou Xinao has vigorously promoted the construction of safety digitalization and intelligence. It has now formed a safety and intelligent management system with "multiple business scenario terminals and an intelligent operation center as the brain," and successfully built a safety digitalized product cluster of "one center, five scenario risk warning systems, and more than ten professional systems," achieving "see clearly, know the key points, and ensure management" for safety issues in all scenarios, forging a digital core engine and consolidating the essential safety of the city.
Thanks to the environmental benefits brought by clean energy, over the past decade or more, Guangzhou Xinao has cumulatively supplied 1.298 billion cubic meters of natural gas, equivalent to reducing standard coal by 2.02 million tons, carbon dioxide emissions by 5.48 million tons, sulfur dioxide by 17,000 tons, and nitrogen oxides by 15,000 tons, making significant contributions to the blue sky and clear water project in Huadu District.
To date, Guangzhou Xinao has cumulatively paid taxes of approximately 147.18 million yuan and has ranked among the top urban gas enterprises in Guangzhou for three consecutive years, bringing honor to Huadu District. The company has successively received internal and external honors such as "Advanced Unit for Safe Production in Guangzhou's Urban Gas Industry," "Advanced Unit for Guangzhou's Pipeline Gas Development," "Outstanding Contribution Unit for Guangzhou's Three-Year Pipeline Gas Development," "Excellent Enterprise for Three Safety Zeros," "Advanced Enterprise for Internal Control Management," "Safety Compliance Enterprise," and "Advanced Unit for Epidemic Prevention and Control."
