Chongqing Jianda Vocational Training School was established in 2008. It is a construction training school commended by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, receives business guidance from the Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and supervision and management from the Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau, and is a private non-enterprise unit. It is a construction training school designated by the Chongqing Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, a designated training and examination base for blasting practitioners in Chongqing, a Chongqing informatization examination venue, an academic education learning center, and a training base for management personnel and front-line workers in related construction fields.
Since its establishment, the school has treated vocational education and training as a fundamental and long-term task, closely focusing on the city's vocational education goals and requirements to carry out construction vocational skills training. It has received high praise from government leaders from various sectors in Chongqing: fast development and strong applicability; good reputation and strong responsibility; upright atmosphere and united people. In 2017, our school was rated as Chongqing's first 4A-level construction training school. Our school has successively jointly run schools with more than 500 enterprises and institutions. The theoretical training and examination base has a building area of 2,140 square meters, and the practical operation base covers an area of 20 mu, with a building area of 5,798 square meters. Our students come from 31 provinces and autonomous regions across the country, including compatriots from Taiwan and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao, as well as multinational enterprises from Thailand, Myanmar and other countries that have visited our school for study. Every year, our school trains and successfully delivers more than tens of thousands of trainees to various enterprises and institutions.
The school has a complete departmental structure, including a Human Resources Department, Business Department, Network Department, Academic Affairs Department (Teaching Department), Archives Department, Finance Department, etc., with corresponding standardized systems; systems such as Teacher Job Responsibilities, Student Management System, and Examination Rules are complete, and full-time academic affairs management personnel are assigned. To facilitate students' nearby learning, our school has established four branch campuses in Jiangbei District, Jiulongpo District, Yubei District, and Shapingba District.
