The 13th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation

The 13th Research Institute of CETC, founded in Beijing in 1956 and relocated to Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province in 1963, is a large-scale, innovative and comprehensive backbone research institute for semiconductor core electronic devices in China, with strong technical strength and complete professional structure. It is an important supply base for high-end core electronic devices and an innovation base for new semiconductor devices and technologies in China. After more than 60 years of deep cultivation, the institute has formed a complete technical system and product chain in the fields of first, second and third generation semiconductors, covering from processes and design to packaging and testing, from materials and chips to modules, components and integrated microsystems. The core chips and key components of the institute have been widely used in various types of equipment in China's sea, land, air and space forces, making it the national team in semiconductor core devices.
