中国电科十三所，1956年创始于北京，1963年迁至河北石家庄市，是我国规模较大、技术力量雄厚、专业结构配套齐全的创新性、综合性半导体核心电子器件骨干研究所，是我国重要的高端核心电子器件供应基地、半导体新器件新技术创新基地。经过六十多年的深耕细作，十三所已在一、二、三代半导体领域形成了从工艺、设计，到封装、测试，从材料、芯片到模块、组件、集成微系统的完整技术体系和产品链，十三所的核心芯片和关键元器件已广泛应用于我国 海陆空天 各类装备中，是我国半导体核心器件的国家队。
