On November 28, 2012, the foreign shareholder Shinmaywa Industries, Ltd. transferred all its equity to Chongqing Naide Industry Co., Ltd., converting the company from a foreign-invested enterprise to a domestic enterprise. The company is in the manufacturing industry, with a registered capital of RMB 11,691,075.
The company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Naide Industry Co., Ltd. It has introduced advanced technologies for underwater equipment such as submersible pumps, mixers, and propulsors from Shinmaywa Industries, Ltd. of Japan, which are widely used in large domestic wastewater treatment plants and have been highly recognized by customers.
In 2013, it entered the wastewater treatment industry and successively launched E3-MBR and i-Ega distributed wastewater treatment units. Through engineering contracting models such as BT, BOT, BTO, and TOT, it provides customers with comprehensive solutions across the entire system.
