Guangzhou Baiyun Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. was established in 1975 and was upgraded to a national Class A comprehensive architectural design unit in 1993, becoming one of the first ten design institutes in Guangzhou with Class A qualification. It currently holds qualifications such as Class A in architectural design industry, Class C in urban planning, and Class C in municipal water supply and drainage. The institute has highly qualified technical personnel, complete professional support, reasonable technical hierarchy, sound organizational structure, and a stable core team. It has over 200 employees, including more than 50 senior and intermediate technical personnel, 5 national first-class registered architects, 8 national first-class registered structural engineers, 3 registered urban planners, and 1 each of registered electrical engineer, registered water supply and drainage engineer, and registered HVAC engineer. The institute has branch offices in Shenzhen, Chengdu, Maoming, and Nanchang. The head office has functional departments including the Chief Engineer Office, Scheme Design Institute, Architectural Design Institute, Structural Design Institute, Mechanical and Electrical Institute, Quality Management Department, Production and Operation Department, and Human Resources Department.
