Group Introduction:
Hape Holding Group is a global wooden toy holding group, founded in Germany in 1986 by Mr. Peter Handstein from Germany. It currently has seven subsidiaries worldwide with over a thousand employees. Its aim is to combine education with entertainment, enlightening and promoting the healthy growth and development of children; it advocates and upholds an ecological, environmentally friendly production and lifestyle, actively contributing to global environmental protection and sustainable development.

Its first company in China, Yiren Crafts (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., was established in June 1995. It is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by Hape Holding AG of Switzerland, with a registered capital of USD 1.06 million, mainly engaged in OEM production.

Its second company in China, Ningbo Yiren Toys Co., Ltd., is a foreign joint venture invested by Hape Holding Group of Switzerland, with a registered capital of USD 8 million. It is the group's production and operation entity in China among its six subsidiaries worldwide, established in September 2002, responsible for the one-stop service of design, research and development, production, and sales of the company's own brands. Currently, the company owns two major brands: Hape, a wooden and bamboo toy brand dedicated to developing educational wooden toys for children aged 0-6 worldwide; and Kaethe Kruse, a German century-old plush and doll brand, producing only classic dolls and German-quality plush toys that can be inherited.

Hape toys are sold in more than 60 countries and regions worldwide through specialty retail stores, toy stores, pharmacies, museums, airport gift shops, stationery stores, catalogs, and online sales. 1. We are safe:
Safety is the lifeline of toys. Every Hape toy strictly complies with international safety standards, undergoing more than 30 safety tests including twist-pull tests, sharp point tests, small parts tests, bite force tests, color transfer tests, reliability drop tests, and others.
Before packaging into warehouses, products are subjected to salt spray tests; after packaging into warehouses, finished product random inspections are conducted. Strict inspection procedures ensure product safety and eliminate defects.
In January 2001, the company passed the ISO9001 international quality management system certification, and in October 2005, it passed the ICTI certification, the common standard of the International Toy Industry Association.

2. We are environmentally friendly:
Using pure natural raw materials and water-soluble paints, with a strict quality control system, we control from the source to provide 100% safe and non-toxic toys for babies worldwide.
Some products that still require oil-based paint are processed in places like Huangyan.
The company has more than 40 full-time process inspectors conducting patrol inspections throughout the production process.

3. We are global:
