Currently, the company has a total long-term crude oil supply of 20 million tons per year, covering crude oils from countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iraq, Bahrain, the UAE, Yemen, Qatar, Vietnam, Syria, Russia, and Indonesia. On the basis of meeting domestic market demand, it also vigorously carries out market-oriented businesses such as international crude oil re-exports and processing. The technological content of its business activities continues to increase, and market expansion efforts are steadily growing, providing high-quality crude oil and professional services to customers in different countries.

The company has made significant progress in building its domestic refined oil terminal distribution network in recent years. It has established joint ventures with France's Total Group to form Sinochem Total Fuel Co., Ltd. and Sinochem Total Oil Products Co., Ltd., and is currently building gas station sales networks in China's Bohai Rim and East China regions, entering the domestic refined oil retail market. The company has also cooperated with China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation to establish Sinopec Sinochem Refined Oil Sales Co., Ltd. to carry out refined oil distribution business nationwide.

In the fuel oil sector, the company's strategy of taking end users as the starting point and extending deep into the market has also achieved important results, with terminal sales of fuel oil maintaining an upward trend.
