2011年，为了使客户能够以更方便、快捷的方式订水，为了打击假水横行的水市场，让广大市民喝上放心水，健康水。广州艘纳桶装水有限公司与广州金八斗益寿泉公司联合建立了【广州市吉汇商务服务有限公司】。到目前为止，【吉汇】旗下已经有80多家直营门店，基本可以覆盖整个广州。同时，公司成立了呼叫中心客服部，并以“呼叫中心下订单，门店统一配送”的方式服务客户。2011年度公司计划将门店扩展到120间，同时将现有日配送桶装水30000桶能力提高到50000桶，配送时间将大大减短。
