Sytrons is an integrated circuit development technology company integrating R&D, design, and sales. Founded in 2009, the company is located in Guangzhou, China's international trade center. The company possesses exceptional domestic and international technical R&D and design teams. It has grown from 10 employees to over 100 professional technical personnel today, including PhDs, masters, and outstanding domestic integrated circuit engineers. With rapid development, the company has now established branches in the United States and Shanghai, dedicated to IP research and design, IP solutions, customer IP/SOC chip customization, our own SOC chip development and industrialization, as well as talent revitalization plans and other business expansions. The company has long-term stable suppliers and cooperative customers, all top 10* world-renowned semiconductor design companies such as Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD, GF, etc., as well as leading domestic and international or listed semiconductor companies such as SYNOPSYS, ADI, ALchip, Nations Technologies, and other excellent semiconductor companies. We conduct comprehensive technical cooperation with these suppliers, including discussions, R&D, and design. We have now established offices in Shanghai and the United States to expand business scale and strengthen technical teams. Currently, we have completed the world's most cutting-edge projects and process nodes: 40/28/20/16/14/10/7/5nm. Additionally, we have completed IP core technology and chip and product development and design in multiple fields, such as DAB, DVB-C, DVB-T, Bluetooth, IoT, AI, and other series of IP core technologies and chips. We have also achieved many technical breakthroughs, holding multiple patents and IP core technologies, and have been awarded the title of Guangdong Province High-Tech Enterprise and listed among nationally supported enterprises. Main business model: Our company adopts a unique market strategy with effective combination, enhancing the competitiveness of our technology. Our business model is positioned as a combination of the following three approaches: 1. Providing IP cores, with IP core license fees and IP royalties; 2. Designing and customizing various IPs and SOC chips based on IP and core IP technology, according to customer needs. We provide ASIC and SOC Spec-in overall design technology and solutions, and co-develop chips and products with customers. 3. Based on market orientation, combined with our own IP and core IP technology, we design and develop our own SOC chips and products to achieve self-chip industrialization.
