双维伊士曼纤维有限公司是中国烟草与美国伊士曼化工在醋纤丝束制造行业的首度合作，也是两家公司面向新时期战略合作的重要组成。公司于2011年5月30日在中国合肥注册成立，位于合肥经济技术开发区莲花路以西、云谷路以南建立合资工厂，先期规划年产3万吨二醋酸纤维丝束项目，占地约200亩，总投资约人民币15.8亿元，于2013年6月建成投产。二醋酸纤维丝束作为烟用过滤嘴的主要原料，具有环保、无毒无味、热稳定性好等特点，能选择性的吸收烟草中的有害成份，减小吸烟对人体的危害，具有经济价值和社会价值，因此，该项目属于国家鼓励的投资领域。
