岗位职责：
1、根据市场特征和业务目标，制订跨境电商平台营销策略，优化运营流程，建立完善的线上运营体系；
2、根据公司销售目标，制定平台全年运营规划及各类营销方案，监督指导各项营销活动执行与优化；
3、熟悉平台运营规则，统计分析运营数据、善于根据产品的销售与排名变化，制定和调整产品的销售策略；
4、负责运营团队建设和日常管理工作，优化业务流程，合理配置人力资源。

岗位要求：
1、英语六级及以上，3年及以上跨境电商平台运营经验（wayfair、walmart），1年及以上运营经理管理经验；
2、对跨境电商目前的形势及行业动态较为了解，有知名跨境电商企业成功项目经验；
3、较强的商务谈判能力、信息处理分析能力和商业敏感度；
4、较强的逻辑性、领导力、抗压力，对跨境电商行业怀抱热情，有奋斗者精神。

1. Job Summary:
Customer Acquisition through sales activities.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:
Specific duties including, but not restricted to:
- Responsible fsecuring new customers, maintaining developing existing accounts.
- Find develop qualified leads (cold calling), convert them through the sales process prospects customers.
- Regularly client visit validating our service levels develop new revenue streams.
- Meet exceed target set in terms of contributing generating revenue.
- Set-up execute customer SOP fensuring operating procedure meets customer expectations.
- Promote the services products of all entities, coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.

3. Skills & Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics; experience in Germany / Europe is advantage.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) air, selling experience of value-added service 3PL solution is advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English Chinese, both verbally in writing. Mandarin an advantage.
- Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word Excel software.

- Good supervisory skill as being able to monitlead team members to achieve even exceed both team individual targets.
- Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company.

职责描述：
1. Design develop digital circuits fsmartphone TDDI, ensuring designs meet strict requirements ffunction, cost, schedule.
2. Collect define specifications, perform RTL coding, simulation, functional verification.
3. Collaborate with analog backend teams to achieve successful chip integration tape-out.
4. Coordinate the CP test chip verification wafer-out.
5. Manage the digital design team.
6. Work with industry-standard tools flows: Verilog, SystemVerilog, Perl/Python, DC/Genus, PTPX, Lint, CDC, STA, etc.
任职要求：
1. Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in digital IC design, including specification, architecture, RTL development.
3. 3+ years of project management experience.
4. Solid experience in RTL design, digital circuit planning, specification writing.
5. Strong problem-solving skills ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
