Job Responsibilities:
1, 负责测试的程序更新；
2，进行测试设备的维护保养；
3，协助工程师解决制造过程中的测试程序及设备问题，保障测试的覆盖率

Responsibilities:
Develop implement end-to-end test strategies, plans, methodologies fsoftware applications systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Define prioritize test cases based on business requirements functional specifications.
Design, develop, maintain test scripts automation frameworks fefficient effective testing.
Coordinate manage the execution of end-to-end tests, including functional, integration, system, regression testing.
Conduct root cause analysis fidentified defects work closely with development teams to facilitate resolution.
Monitreport on test progress, including test coverage, defects, quality metrics.
Ensure adherence to testing best practices, industry standards, regulatory requirements.
Mentcoach juniteam members, providing guidance support in test planning execution.
Continuously identify opportunities fprocess improvement implement solutions to enhance the overall testing process.
Have experience fPower Apps platform is even better.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field.
Proven experience as an End-to-End Test Lead a similar role in software testing.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, best practices.
Experience with test management tools test case management systems.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) agile methodologies.
Proficiency in test automation tools frameworks, especially in Java based methodology.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills.
Strong leadership interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good verbal written communication skills in English.
Attention to detail a commitment to delivering high-quality testing results.
Experience with project planning tools project management tools.
