It is a subsidiary of Guangdong Provincial Port and Shipping Group Co., Ltd., a large provincial state-owned enterprise group, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Holdings) Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise listed in Hong Kong. As the domestic general agent of Chu Kong Mid-stream Logistics Co., Ltd., the company provides international transport agency services for import and export and transit goods by sea, land, air, and cross-border rail, as well as comprehensive logistics services such as customs declaration and inspection. The company is an international freight forwarding enterprise approved by the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (now the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China), and holds qualifications for first-class international freight forwarding, non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC), international ship agency, first-class international air freight agency, and agency customs declaration and inspection. It is a member of the China International Freight Forwarders Association and the Guangdong International Freight Forwarders Association.
