Chongqing Huaxing Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (formerly Chongqing Huaxing Engineering Supervision Company) is affiliated with Chongqing Jiangbeizui Central Business District Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of ten million yuan, and is a wholly state-owned enterprise. The predecessor of the company was the Engineering Quality Supervision Station of Chongqing Jiangbei Civil Airport. In March 1991, Chongqing Huaxing Engineering Supervision Company was established, taking the lead in piloting engineering supervision in the Chongqing area, and was officially registered with the industry and commerce authorities in May 1993. In May 1994, it was approved by the Ministry of Construction with Certificate No. [Jian] Jian Zi (9442) as a nationally qualified supervision unit in the Chongqing area, and in December 2011 it was renamed Chongqing Huaxing Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.
