On November 23, 2010, Hankook Tire's third factory in China was located in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area. The total investment of the project is USD 950 million, covering an area of 750 mu, mainly engaged in the production of radial tires and inner tubes for trucks and passenger cars. Hankook Tire Chongqing Plant is one of the largest foreign-invested projects in Liangjiang New Area.
