Kunming Jida Pharmaceutical Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established on August 8, 1993. Jida Pharmaceutical is one of the pharmaceutical enterprises in Yunnan Province with the most comprehensive range of Western medicines, and one of the ten key pharmaceutical enterprises supported by the Yunnan Provincial Government. It has continuously been awarded honors such as High-tech Enterprise of Yunnan Province, Advanced Technology Enterprise with Foreign Investment, and Top Ten Outstanding Overseas Chinese Enterprises in Yunnan. Jida's products have filled multiple gaps in Yunnan in areas such as antibiotics, pre-filled injections, sterile suspension injections, and polypeptide products. Products such as anti-thrombotic drug-loaded syringes are among the most advanced in the country. The company's brand products "Leidingnuo," "Tongxitong," and "Songtaisi" have been recognized as "Famous Brand Products of Yunnan" and "Well-known Trademarks of Yunnan."
The strong and professional shareholder background has laid a solid foundation for Jida Pharmaceutical's development. Main shareholders include Jihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (49%), Yunnan Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. (21%), and Guang Kong Yuanchuang Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd. (11.16%).
Jida has established a group-based model integrating preparation production, raw material production, scientific research, and sales. It owns the preparation production center with the most dosage forms and sterile production lines in Yunnan, as well as subsidiaries including Kunming Jida Pharmaceutical Sales Co., Ltd., focusing on drug sales; Jida Pharmaceutical (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd., focusing on pharmaceutical raw materials and drug import/export; Wuxi Jida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., focusing on international pharmaceutical raw material production; and Yunnan Jida Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on high-tech raw material projects.
The high-quality and flexible production capacity is key to realizing Jida Pharmaceutical's corporate strategy. The preparation production base currently has fourteen workshops and seventeen production lines, all of which have passed national GMP certification, and some workshops have obtained international pharmaceutical certification. The base produces over 40 varieties across multiple series, including powder injections, aqueous injections, tablets, capsules, granules, suspensions, and pre-filled products. This manufacturing platform with strong comprehensive advantages, coupled with a rich product line, enhances the company's ability to withstand risks. Each production line is equipped with high compatibility and interchangeability, and under the dynamic management of supply, production, and sales by the PMC department, it can quickly switch production lines and product types based on market feedback, improving the company's rapid response capability.
The company has established a professional R&D team and has obtained "Enterprise Technology Center" certification at both provincial and municipal levels in Yunnan and Kunming. The technology center has set up experimental bases such as a chemical drug platform, preparation R&D center, and oral solid pilot workshop. Through cooperation with advanced domestic and international R&D and experimental institutions, and after years of accumulation, it has built multiple proprietary technology platforms for sustained-release and controlled-release preparations, pre-filled preparations, and polypeptide R&D. The GSH raw material project invested in Chuxiong, Yunnan, has been listed as a key construction project in the "12th Five-Year Plan" for Yunnan biomedicine planning. The implementation of the project will promote the development of the chemical raw material drug industry in Yunnan.
