The project is within a 30-minute drive of Changsha's three other economic and technological development zones (Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha High-tech Zone, and Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone), and is located within a trillion-yuan industrial belt.
The Dahan Jinqiao International Market Cluster is one of the nation's top 20 logistics projects as assessed by the Ministry of Transport of China. It is one of the three key projects at the provincial, municipal, and district levels in Hunan Province, one of the top ten key projects in Hunan Province's 12th Five-Year Plan, a key project in Hunan Province for commercial and logistics and e-commerce, the global headquarters base for Hunan merchants, and an innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base in the Xiangjiang New Area. The Dahan Jinqiao International Market Cluster covers a total area of 11,000 mu, with a building area of 15 million square meters, comprising a 4,000-mu warehousing and logistics base and 7,000 mu of commercial land. At present, Phase 1.1 of the project has completed an investment of 6 billion yuan and constructed over 2.3 million square meters.
