Hunan Survey and Design Institute

Hunan Survey and Design Institute is located at No. 245, Tiyuan Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. Founded in February 1982, it is an enterprise owned by the whole people with independent legal personality. It holds Grade A comprehensive engineering survey qualifications, Grade A cadastral surveying and engineering surveying qualifications, Grade A geological disaster assessment qualifications, Grade A geological disaster investigation qualifications, Grade A geological disaster design qualifications, Grade A geological disaster supervision qualifications, and a metrology accreditation certificate. It is a large comprehensive survey and design unit integrating survey, mapping, design, construction, supervision, and testing. It has 7 functional departments, 11 secondary professional units including Geotechnical Company No. 1, Geotechnical Company No. 2, Geotechnical Company No. 3, Geological Environment Design Branch, Surveying and Mapping Information Engineering Company, Hydrogeology and Geothermal Exploration Research Institute, Engineering Supervision Company, Foundation Engineering Company, Shenzhen Branch, Loushao Huai Branch, and Test and Detection Center, and 10 directly affiliated engineering offices. Through 30 years of pioneering innovation and pursuit of excellence, our institute has become a well-known survey and design enterprise both within and outside the province. The unit currently has 280 active employees, including 245 technical personnel and various registered personnel. Main achievements: Since the establishment of the institute, all employees have vigorously promoted the geological workers' 'Three Glories' spirit and adhered to the business philosophy of 'integrity-based, quality first, forge ahead, and strive for first-class'.
