CCCC Urban Rail Transit Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Website: *) was established in March 2012. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCCC Second Highway Consultants Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCCC Second Highway Consultants"), with a registered capital of RMB 50.8 million. It independently holds a Class A qualification for rail transit engineering in the municipal industry. The company is mainly engaged in urban rail transit, modern tramways, domestic and international railway engineering, urban TOD comprehensive development, and municipal engineering. It currently has more than 120 employees, including more than 20 with senior professional titles and more than 20 person-times of various national registered engineers. Since its establishment, the company has participated in the consulting review and design of urban rail transit in more than ten cities, including Harbin, Shenyang, Dalian, Shijiazhuang, Wuhan, Hefei, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Foshan, Nanning, and Urumqi. It has also successively undertaken modern tramway network planning, preliminary research, and two-stage design tasks in Zibo, Yichang, Shiyan, Wuhan, and other places. In overseas markets, it has provided preliminary research, design, and consulting evaluation services for trunk railway projects and urban rail transit projects in Mozambique, Congo (Brazzaville), Armenia, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries.
