鲁迅文化基金会”是以鲁迅先生的名字命名的*文化基金会，由鲁迅之子周海婴生前建议，经全国政协贾庆林主席批示，由北京、上海、绍兴市政府和鲁迅家属联合发起，历时三年筹建设立。鲁迅文化基金会业务主管单位为中国文学艺术界联合会，登记管理单位是国家民政部。2012年6月6日经国务院办公厅核准，8月8日国家民政部发给基金会登记证书。经*届*次理事会决议议定9月25日为基金会成立日。
