公司现有职工200余人，人才密集，科研手段齐全，实验设施完善，技术队伍经过多年石油测钻井仪器设备的研制开发，积累了丰富的工程设计经验。先后研制开发了CDC重复式地层测试仪、各型号的液压推靠器、ZCY液压和机械式的井眼几何形状测井仪、RXJ柔性短接及国外RFT、DRS仪器的英制配件、石油伴生气压缩机辅机撬、分子筛撬等，并在全国各大油田广泛使用。
