Chongqing Sinopec Heguang Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. is a joint venture jointly invested and established by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (referred to as Sinopec) and Chongqing Transportation Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., with Sinopec holding 55% of the shares and the Transportation Group holding 45%. The company was established on June 15, 2012, with a registered capital of 1.11 billion yuan. It is mainly engaged in the retail of refined oil products, lubricating oil, and compressed natural gas, as well as non-oil product sales. The company's main office is located on the 31st floor of the Guomao Center, Jiefangbei, Yuzhong District, Chongqing. It currently has 21 refueling (gas) stations, with an annual total oil and gas operation volume of approximately 110,000 tons. Relying on the resource support and market support provided by its two major shareholders, a central state-owned enterprise and a local state-owned enterprise, the company will further improve its network layout in the region, increase its market share and core competitiveness, and has good prospects for corporate development.
