It is a state-controlled comprehensive human resources service company jointly established by Chongqing Talent Market and Southwest Industrial Company. It is a "Law-Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise" awarded by the Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and one of the "Top Ten Human Resources Service Institutions" in Chongqing.
