Huake Financial

Huake Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., referred to as "Huake Leasing". Founded in June 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 800 million, it is registered in Chongqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It was initiated by Chongqing Academy of Science and Technology, together with Hong Kong-listed company Zhongyu Property Holdings and other enterprises, and approved by the Ministry of Commerce as a mixed-ownership Sino-foreign joint venture.
　　It is a national comprehensive financial services company recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, with "technology financial leasing" as its main service method. In November 2015, it completed its first round of capital increase and share expansion, introducing Chongqing High-tech Zone Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. In October 2018, it completed its Series B capital increase and share expansion, introducing "Zhenyu Jiuding" Fund under the Chongqing Municipal Government Industrial Guidance Fund as a strategic investor.
　　Huake has always been committed to three positions: First, adhering to the purpose of "serving technology, serving innovation", all supported enterprises are real economy enterprises, of which more than 50% are high-tech enterprises; Second, focusing on providing professional medium- and long-term financing services for enterprises, with an average financing term of more than 3 years, and a maximum of 8 years; Third, committed to financial leasing as the main business, supplemented by other comprehensive financial services, having served more than 1,000 enterprises of various types, with a cumulative business scale of over RMB 6 billion, and assets spanning Beijing, Shanghai, Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Guizhou; service areas include transportation, medical health, energy conservation and environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing, education and public services, etc., meeting the diversified financial needs of technological innovation enterprises and promoting the integration of industry and finance.
