北京北化新橡特种材料科技股份有限公司成立于2001年7月，注册资金1689万元人民币，是中关村科技园区*高新技术企业。公司主要从事特种混炼胶及制品、电磁屏蔽高导电橡胶、导热界面材料、包覆型导电粉体、无卤阻燃电缆料及热塑性弹性体的产品研发、生产和销售。目前公司拥有两个生产基地，分别位于北京市密云经济开发区和江苏宜兴军民融合产业园，厂房面积20,000平米，员工150余人。公司专注新材料的创新研发，公司研发中心现有成员30人，其中高工8人，博士及博士后3人，硕士15人。公司自成立之日起就与北京化工大学先进弹性体材料研究中心（CAEM）成立了联合研发中心，将公司工程化实力、生产和市场资源优势与CAEM先进的实验设施、科研力量紧密结合，形成产、学、研助推式发展，开发并市场化多项科技产品，同时获取多项国家发明专利，始终保持产品的市场性和高性价比。
