Establishment
Guangdong Yizhen Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established on November 11, 2008, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million and an annual construction capacity of over RMB 2 billion. The Company holds Grade II qualifications for general contracting of housing construction engineering and municipal public works construction, Grade II qualifications for professional general contracting of building decoration and renovation engineering design and construction, and Grade III qualifications for mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering. It has also applied for Grade I qualification for general contracting of housing construction engineering. The Company is the executive president unit of Guangdong Youth Chamber of Commerce, the standing vice president unit of Guangdong Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce, and a member unit of Dongguan Construction Industry Association.
Principles
The Company adheres to the principle of quality first, with a 100% pass rate, and has won provincial and municipal quality engineering awards for building construction, "Double Excellence" engineering awards, and demonstration sites for safe production and civilized construction. The Company's projects span across cities including Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Foshan, Panyu, Huizhou, Shaoguan, and Nanchang in Jiangxi. Carrying forward traditional technical craftsmanship, the Company has also achieved certain results in technological innovation, and is currently applying for two provincial-level construction methods: treatment of basement floor cracking and leakage, and reuse of reinforced concrete supports.
