Beijing Smartdot Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Smartdot Technology) was founded in August 1998. It is a Chinese management software and service provider and a state-owned enterprise under China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), a central government-managed group. Since its establishment, adhering to the spirit of "self-improvement, social commitment, innovation and collaboration, and down-to-earth work," the company has successfully provided professional services including software products, application development, management consulting, and system integration to over a thousand group enterprises and government clients, becoming a well-known brand in the market of large and medium-sized group enterprises and government clients.
Smartdot Technology pioneered the introduction of the internationally advanced GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) management concept and localized it by integrating with the actual conditions of Chinese clients.
