Jiangxi Xinhua Distribution Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 in accordance with the requirements of the Central Propaganda Department and the General Administration of Press and Publication regarding the reform of the publishing and distribution system. It was formed on the basis of the Jiangxi Provincial Xinhua Bookstore and 93 Xinhua bookstores in prefecture-level cities and counties across the province. It is responsible for the unified management of personnel, finances, and assets of Xinhua bookstores in prefecture-level cities and counties throughout the province, and undertakes the task of preserving and increasing the value of state-owned assets. It is the largest and strongest publication distribution enterprise in Jiangxi Province, and holds the general publication distribution qualification issued by the General Administration of Press and Publication.
