Through capital operation, it controls Dakang Animal Husbandry (002505), forming a full-industry operation model integrating planting, breeding, dairy, and deep processing of meat products. Domestically, it has established large-scale sheep breeding bases in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hunan, and other places; in Hunan, Liaoning, and Shandong, it has formed an industrial chain of pig and cattle breeding, slaughtering, and sales. It owns 29 pastures in New Zealand and has created the Nuoxilan dairy brand based on its own milk sources. On the basis of holding a large-scale planting farm of 125 square kilometers in Bolivia, it actively expands new projects in South America, Australia, etc., and Pengxin Agriculture is steadily moving towards its strategic goal of becoming a premium protein supplier.
The Group actively responds to the national urbanization development strategy. Its subsidiary Guozhong Water (600187) strives to explore new fields of environmental protection technology. Through international mergers and acquisitions, it has mastered world-leading environmental protection technologies and participates in the construction of water supply and drainage infrastructure in small and medium-sized towns using BOT, BT, and other models, committed to improving China's water environment. It has established multiple fund projects with strategic partners, actively expanded domestic and overseas direct investment business, built a capital operation platform for the Group's asset securitization, and continuously promoted the development of trade investment and cultural industry.
