Company Milestones
To meet the demand for civil aviation talents in China and enhance their professional skills, Shouhang Huanyu Aviation Consulting Service Co., Ltd. was established on April 13, 2010, with the approval of the Administration for Industry and Commerce. Since its establishment, the company has built a nationwide enrollment network, recruiting future aviation talents through branches across the country. In May 2010, the company began cooperating with universities and colleges, utilizing their resources for aviation talent training. In October 2011, the company further expanded its faculty and established a specialized aviation talent training system. By the end of 2011, the company had trained and dispatched over a thousand employees to major domestic airlines. At the beginning of 2012, with the support of clients, the company further expanded its enrollment scale and enhanced training capabilities, inviting professional trainers as resident training instructors. In April 2012, at the company's training capability evaluation meeting, its capacity in civil aviation talent cultivation was unanimously recognized and praised by major airlines.
