Changsha Guangyue Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerry Properties of Hong Kong in Hunan, primarily engaged in real estate development. For over 30 years, Kerry Properties has developed large-scale comprehensive projects and built landmark buildings in the bustling hub areas of major cities such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Chengdu. Now, Kerry Properties has set its sights on Changsha, a city with picturesque scenery and outstanding people, to create a high-end residential project with first-line terraced river views — Xiangjiang Yasongju. The project is located in the southern part of the city, west of the Provincial Government, in the middle section of the Xiangjiang Ecological Economic Belt and the core area of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration. It covers a total area of approximately 100,000 square meters with a building area of approximately 380,000 square meters. It is divided into north and south sections by Xinshao West Road. The project is developed in three phases. Phase I residential buildings mainly consist of 12 point-style and slab-style buildings, with unit sizes increasing from east to west. The north plot features 16 townhouse-style residences along the river. Phase II is planned for residential buildings and a kindergarten. Phase III is planned for an apartment-style hotel.
