Shenzhen Property Development (Group) Co., Ltd. was founded in November 1982. In March 1992, the company was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 000011). The company's current total share capital is 596 million shares, including 528 million A shares and 68 million B shares.
Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the "Guomao" spirit of "daring to be first and striving for reform and strength" and has formed a cross-industry, diversified business pattern with real estate development as its main business, supplemented by property management, property leasing, catering services, warehousing, and engineering supervision. It has developed high-rise business building clusters such as the Shenzhen International Trade Center Building, Guomao Commercial Building, and Huangcheng Plaza, as well as a large number of high- and mid-grade residential communities such as Tianyuan Dushi Garden (Shanghai), Junfeng Lishe, Fenghe Rili, Wuye Shidai Xinju, Xinhua City, Huangyuyuan, Yuhuayuan, Shenzhen-Hong Kong No. 1, Langqiao International, Caitian Yise, Qianhai Harbor Garden, Banshan Yujing (Xuzhou), and Hupan Yujing (Yangzhou); it has undertaken the general contracting construction of the Huanggang Port, a land port for foreign traffic; and it has cooperatively developed well-known commercial buildings such as Tian'an International Building and Luohu Commercial City.
The real estate projects developed and constructed by the company have won widespread social acclaim for their excellent quality and professional services. It has received numerous honors, including 170th place in the "Top 500 Chinese State-owned Enterprises," 2nd place in the "Top 100 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises by Comprehensive Benefits," 23rd place in the "Top 100 Chinese Listed Companies by Comprehensive Strength," the 2010 Top 50 Chinese Real Estate Listed Companies by Comprehensive Strength, and the title of Top 500 Chinese Real Estate Development Enterprises for eight consecutive years from 2010 to 2018.
