中国电子科技集团公司第四十七研究所，始建于1958年，是长期从事半导体器件研制、生产的国家骨干研究所，拥有国内先进水平的集成电路设计开发系统和测试系统，具有CMOS和TTL集成电路科研生产线、半导体分立器件科研生产线、高可靠封装科研生产线、厚膜及多芯片组装生产线和全套检验、试验条件。主要从事MCU/MPU及接口电路、存储器电路、FPGA电路、抗辐射集成电路、多芯片模块电路等电路的研制、生产。　　我所具有较强的产品设计、开发和生产能力，已研制出包括国产*款CPU、MCU、FPGA等多项具有国际先进、*水平的集成电路产品，取得各类科研成果一千余项，其中二百余项荣获*或省、部级科研成果奖，为我国建设和微电子事业发展做出了突出的贡献。
