上海氯碱化工股份有限公司（SCAC）是中国大型氯碱企业之一，改制于1992年7月，是一家发行A、B股的上市公司。公司秉承“蕴志兴华，家与国永”的社会责任和价值理念,以“知其不可为而为之”的开拓精神推进企业发展，综合实力位于国内同行前列。
公司目前主要生产基地分布在上海化学工业区、广西钦州石化产业园。公司主要制造和销售烧碱、氯及氯制品，以及聚氯乙烯塑料树脂与制品。
公司在上海化学工业区内建成以糊状树脂为代表的特种树脂基地，是国内特种树脂供应商中的龙头企业之一。公司也是化工区内*有竞争力的氯供应商，与赛科、拜尔、巴斯夫、亨斯迈等大型化工企业建立了物料循环利用的清洁生产流程，在整个化工区的产品链中起到承上启下的作用，已成为化工区循环经济发展的典范。
2019年4月公司成立了广西华谊氯碱化工有限公司，在广西钦州石化产业园一期投资四十多亿元，兴建30万吨烧碱，40万吨聚氯乙烯装置，于2022年底建成投产，确保公司可持续发展，实现新一轮发展蓝图。与时俱进的氯碱公司，明天将更美好！
