The company has a registered capital of 501 million yuan and holds a Special Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Highway Engineering Construction, a First Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Municipal Public Works Construction, First Grade Professional Qualifications for Subgrade, Pavement, Bridge, Tunnel, and Earthwork, as well as multiple qualifications including port, coastal engineering, building construction, and high-grade highway maintenance, along with the state-authorized right to operate overseas engineering contracting. The company has four wholly-owned subsidiaries, three project management branches, and four major functional centers.
