II. Urban Renewal
In May 2013, Excellence Group concentrated and integrated advantageous resources to establish a national urban renewal group, comprehensively promoting urban renewal development with far-sighted strategic vision and a higher starting point. From 2018 to 2019, Excellence Urban Renewal Group was successively elected as the executive vice president unit of the Guangdong Three-Old Renovation Association and the president unit of the Shenzhen Urban Renewal Association.
