The company was established in November 2011 in Wuhan, with a registered capital of 250.09 million yuan. The company's headquarters is located at No. 42 Chuangye 5th Road, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province, adjacent to Dongfeng Motor Corporation headquarters, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd., Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Company, and Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., etc., with convenient transportation, superior geographical location, and a good social environment. As of December 2021, the company has three production bases: Wuhan Plant, Chengdu Subsidiary, and Changzhou Branch.
