It was registered and established in Changsha on November 17, 2014. Guojinsuo is an internet financial services platform invested in by state-owned enterprises Hunan High-tech Venture Investment Group (High-tech Venture Investment) and Hunan Guarantee Co., Ltd. (Hunan Guarantee).
